In 2009, I was blessed to be promoted to be one of Tony Robbins’ Senior leaders, where I had the direct opportunity to support Tony’s mission and be a mini-Tony Robbins for the participants. It was such a blessing to have developed the skills and ability to help facilitate thousands of people’s breakthroughs not only at the events or workplaces; but also, wherever I go, I get to help people.
From there, I got to connect with my life purpose and mission. Nothing uplifts and fulfils me more than helping people realising their own magnificence and having fulfilling success on their terms.
Uncovering the missing link between self-development and spirituality
If it wasn’t for the lifelong pain and suffering, I was battling, I wouldn’t have been so willing and OPEN to heal myself. I was desperate to try and explore ANYTHING that could help me. I did get more benefit from some approaches and techniques than the others, yet I was never truly having the peace or acceptance. So, I kept searching for the next program or healing technique that may crack the code and set me free.
What I ended up was finding myself becoming even more impatient and frustrated as I wasn’t able to get what I expected. The exterior façade made it look like I had it all together and I didn’t know I was a slave to upholding this strong and accomplished image.
When my world got turned upside down and then smashed to the ground in 2016, many close friends and families were so shocked about how much I’d been struggling and what had happened to me. They had no clue.
The journey of rebuilding myself, in all area of my life has been one of the most powerful and fruitful journeys thus far because I finally got to uncover the reasons why I kept missing out unlocking the freedom code after much investment in time and resources and how I also kept myself frustrated and exhausted in this crazy maze.
It was then I got to SEE this missing link in both approaches- so called the self-development and spirituality worlds. I observed that most people generally would choose to involve more in either one of the approaches for the purpose of bettering themselves.
The self-development field focuses greatly on the external materials needs and wants. As a result, often when people reach their goals, they often don’t feel fulfilled. In this space, the disempowering emotions are often not welcome and are not being addressed at their root causes. Perhaps that’s why we see lots of miserable wealthy people out there.
On the other hand, the spirituality field doesn’t always have a strong value on setting goals, taking actions and following through. You may see all the so-called ‘spiritual’ people smiling but underneath they don’t necessarily have the success to allow them to go on holidays or live in a comfortable home.
This realisation helped me to understand why I had invested equally in both worlds to have my needs met. I didn’t feel either one could truly satisfy my need to expand my heart and my mind and achieve lasting transformation.
With my personal discoveries and realisations- I decided to dedicate my life to helping people living a rich, purposeful and fulfilling life, no matter what traumas and challenges they have endured in the past.
Oneness Coaching was born to bridge and connect with what was missing in both the self- development and spirituality fields and integrate the best of the two worlds together to help people create inner oneness, alignment and ultimate deep fulfilment.
